The Swedish Gambling Authority (SGA) has recently reaffirmed its trust in Video Slots, extending its license for a full five-year period, valid until 2028.
This extension represents the longest possible term offered by the SGA, highlighting Video Slots’ robust presence in the Swedish gaming sector.
Since the inception of Sweden’s regulated market in 2019, Video Slots, along with its rising brand Mr Vegas, has been a key player in the region.
The license renewal comes on the heels of a prosperous 2023 for Video Slots, marked by the launch of their 10,000th slot and expansion into the Ontario market.
Deputy CEO Ulle Skottling views the renewal as an endorsement of the company’s focus on players and a nod to their strong business and compliance strategies.
The SGA’s decision to grant the maximum license renewal term to Video Slots solidifies its position in the Nordic and broader European gaming markets, paving the way for continued success and growth in the years ahead.
